A study Table is a place where you sit there every day and study which bring uniformity and discipline. It helps us to keep our study materials like books, notebooks and stationaries which are used in our day to day life. A study table is very important which is good for all from kids toelders. We can use the study table for various purposes like reading, writing, to use of laptops and computers. It mainly dedicated to light and space. Boost Concentration. Using a Study Table for reading or writing can improve the children concentration by focusing the positive energy in one place. A great companion for kids, the study table sets all their items well and they can find out easily near them. It is very important that kids when they are studying, should sit in a proper posture while studying. It is always stated that sitting in a proper posture for the kids helps them to concentrate and focus on studies properly. This is where a study table is so important. For example, if you have a bedroom where we use it for sleeping always, it becomes a sleeping area now if you are sitting on the sleeping area to study a subject you feel sleepy and tired, hence study area with study table is most important for a House. As the kids are having incompatible skills of growth and development. A personalised space is really important for the purpose of bringing the best performance out.
MAINTAINING POSTURES WHILE READING AND WRITING

Postures vary from one individual to another. One posture which may be considered good for one individual may not hold true for another. There is no definite form, shape or standard for any part of the human body or for the body as a whole. There are numerous concepts and views regarding human posture and its significance. To a doctor, artist, sculptors and dancers, the term posture conveys different meanings.
POSTURES WHILE SITTING AND READING
The parts of the body, head, shoulder and hips should be well placed in proper alignment with each other. The only point to keep in mind is the distance of reading material and its angle from the eyes. The distance between the eyes and the reading material should be about 30 centimetres and the angle of the reading material should be off 45 degree horizontally. The back should be erect. Â Efforts should be made to have proper lighting arrangement so that the light falls on the reading material from the back of the person reading. Appropriate furniture should be used for sitting, it should not be too high or too low nor too inclined. Hands should be placed on the table holding the reading material comfortably. It is being observed that while reading, the children assume faulty reading postures which may lead to various posture deformities as well as eyesight problems.
POSTURES WHILE SITTING AND WRITING
In writing posture the chair should be drawn under the table so that the elbows of the child are resting on the table comfortability and the forearms should be horizontal. The thighs should be horizontally placed with legs placed vertically, and feet resting on the ground in flat position. It was to be kept in mind that the height of the table should be according to that of the child and the chair. There should be slight slope in the surface of the table towards the child to facilitate the writing process. In this posture the child has to have a little forward inclination as compared to the reading posters. For proper writing postures undue behind the back neck, forward or sideways, should be avoided.b
